The Crossings Community Center exists to foster connection, outreach, and relationships while supporting the mission of helping people find and follow Jesus. The Program & Events Coordinator will demonstrate a humble, servant-hearted attitude, and a commitment to teamwork while organizing weekday programs, events, and activities, managing logistics and collaborating with staff, volunteers, and partners to create a welcoming, mission-aligned environment. This role requires strong organization, relational skills, and a mature Christian faith to help develop meaningful programs that engage the community.
