About The Position

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a part-time Program Evaluator supporting its CCBHC initiative. This 19-hour-per-week position is non-benefited and pays $45 per hour. Funding is currently guaranteed only through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of continued funding.

The Program Evaluator designs and carries out the data analysis plan to monitor and track process and outcome measures for the CCBHC initiative. The role works with the EHR team, Project Director, Care team, and Utilization Review Coordinator to develop evaluation tools, ensure required data compliance, analyze service trends, and present performance and evaluation findings to leadership and the care team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• At least three years of demonstrated health services research and/or program evaluation experience, including designing analysis plans.
• Demonstrated experience conducting low- and high-level analysis, aggregating data, and presenting findings to leadership and care teams.
• Advanced user of Excel or other analysis platforms such as SPSS or Statistica.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data collection and program evaluation tools with the EHR team, Project Director, and Care team.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA requirements for data collection, analysis, and submission.
• Design and implement the project analysis plan.
• Work with the Utilization Review Coordinator to analyze service trends and conduct predictive analyses.
• Conduct low- and high-level analysis as needed to support the project.
• Analyze and interpret CCBHC population-level data.
• Aggregate and present performance and evaluation data to leadership and the care team monthly or quarterly.
