As a Program Director, you will be responsible for leading delivery teams to shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships. You will serve as the primary decision maker for the program. A Program Director is a people manager, leader and mentor that effectively manages team members in support of delivery success. You will employ structured project management/process methodologies in order to meet contract, scope, schedule and budget requirements. You will successfully lead through direct reports, and effectively communicate and execute against program and company objectives. A Program Director must exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflict in order to meet revenue goals, while ensuring contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
  • Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization
  • Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment
  • US Citizenship or Green Card only
  • US Residency for at least the past 3 years
  • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Unified Case Management (UCM) system.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, system interoperability, and cutting-edge technologies in the context of government healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Leading delivery teams to shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships.
  • Serving as the primary decision maker for the program.
  • Managing team members in support of delivery success.

  • Managing planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit achievement.
  • Translating client vision and driving project activities to successful outcomes, with the ability to shape client success outcomes and metrics.
  • Serving as a trusted partner, and advising clients on strategic vision and direction.
  • Managing contractual obligations and overseeing and managing output of sub contracting partners.
  • Recognizing issues and conflicts and problem-solving solutions, strategically turning barriers into opportunities.
  • Negotiating outcomes and agreements that benefit the project and company.
  • Partnering with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.
  • Developing strategic program plans that benefit the organization over the long term.
  • Identifying program risks and implementing mitigation techniques in a timely manner.
  • Hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development.
