About The Position
The Program Director will support and improve Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities. The Program Director is responsible for supporting and improving Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities. As the Program Director, you are responsible for supporting and improving Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities
- Work with leadership team and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective
- Implement large-scale technology and process improvements
- Provide ongoing support for operations and technology
- Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team
- Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance
- Accurately track and report all data associated with contract obligations
- Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals
- Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff
- Ensure data entered on the required systems is current and accurate
- Manage ISO compliance and audits
- Maintain updated organizational chart and staff directory
