About The Position
CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead its Critical Intervention Team serving Fresno, California, and surrounding communities. The role oversees day-to-day operations, leads intervention specialists, and serves as the primary liaison with the Central Valley Regional Center. Clinical expertise and leadership support high-quality service delivery and advance CBEM's mission and values. The position reports to the Regional Director and is classified as exempt. The listed salary is $94,264.40, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V and Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
Nice To Haves
- LCSW or LMFT preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
- Ensure the quality of client services by overseeing case reviews and stabilization plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
- Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
- Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
