Program Director
About The Position
We are seeking a Program Director for our in home programs. This position requires a highly experienced individual equipped with the necessary skills to lead and manage all programs not just efficiently but effectively with the highest of quality standards implemented. Fully responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the program. Completes initial admission for new clients and completion of service authorization documentation. Ensures client schedules are effectively completed to ensure client care and satisfaction. Oversight of client care and staff facilitating care. Provide supervision to the program supervisors.
Requirements
- Must pass state and federal background checks
- Must have significant supervisory experience in the healthcare field
- Must have impeccable writing and communication skills
- Bachelor’s (required)
