About The Position

Oversee daily operations of two or more sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements. Lead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and retention efforts. Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance reviews of direct reports. Maintain regular bi-weekly on-site presence across all assigned sites; establish a consistent routine of walk-throughs, audits, and check-ins. Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources in alignment with financial targets. Support and monitor the development and implementation of individual service plans. Foster positive relationships with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholders. Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with the Regional Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, program expansion, and talent development. Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and staff accountability using KPI's. Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, or concerns from individuals or families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, or related field required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in residential services, assisted living, or IDD programs
  • Prior experience in Wisconsin regulated settings required: Wisconsin DHS 83 (CBRF), Wisconsin DHS 88 (AFH)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s preferred for multi-site oversight
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site operations strongly preferred
