GRVTY•Sterling, VA
•$280,000 - $325,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Program Director owns end-to-end delivery of complex space electromagnetic warfare (EW) programs, from contract award through development, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment. The role is accountable for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of large, multi-year programs of record governed by formal acquisition processes. The program team comprises approximately 80–120 full-time staff. The position reports to the Business Unit General Manager and is primarily located in Dulles, Virginia, with approximately 25–35% travel to customer sites, supplier facilities, test ranges, and operational sites. The Program Director is the primary interface to government acquisition customers and operational users. The role aligns supply chain and internal functions—including engineering, contracts, finance, quality, security, and mission assurance—behind an integrated plan, and builds and leads a high-performing program team. The position leads program execution and controls cost, schedule, technical baselines, and margin; drives integrated planning and control; oversees the lifecycle of terrestrial space EW and command-and-control systems; and manages delivery and sustainment of edge units across multiple Areas of Responsibility. It also owns supply-chain strategy, supplier performance, acquisition-customer engagement, operational-user engagement, internal stakeholder alignment, compliance, and team development. The role supports follow-on, scope-growth, and recompete opportunities, as well as capture and proposal efforts. GRVTY offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. The stated pay range is $280,000–$325,000 USD.
