About The Position

The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $63,640. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's West Meadow program serves males 6 to17 with ASD levels 1 and 2. Trauma-informed treatment focus. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program increases independence and self management. The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
