Program Director - The Little Gym of Issaquah
About The Position
The Program Director reinforces and leads The Little Gym’s core values and mission, understands its philosophy and programs, and communicates information accurately and professionally to staff and customers. The role’s primary priority is teaching gymnastics classes using the company’s curriculum and teaching method; training is provided. The Program Director also leads curriculum delivery and works with the leadership team to help staff provide high-quality classes. The position includes sharing information about programs and events, providing a positive customer and membership experience, and assisting the Gym Director in monitoring business indicators related to enrollment and finances. Office duties include responding to phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply messages, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries. The Program Director also helps maintain a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment.
