Gymnastics Coach - The Little Gym of North Raleigh
About The Position
The Gymnastics Coach introduces children to learning through play in The Little Gym’s movement-based, imaginative learning environment. The coach teaches classes using the company’s curriculum and teaching method, which the company provides training for, and delivers a welcoming, fun, and educational experience for children. The role also includes providing outstanding customer service and a positive membership experience for families. The Little Gym is an enrichment and physical development center serving children ages 4 months through 12 years. Its programs include parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and birthday parties. The role is part of a team focused on children’s growth and development. The position is with the independently owned franchise Somersault Operating; hiring decisions are made by its management.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and being active while working.
- Be able to create a fun, welcoming, and educational class environment.
- Provide attentive service to children and their parents.
- Know when to have fun and when to focus on work.
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
