Program Director - Hillside
About The Position
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. This role involves working closely with vulnerable individuals to build on their strengths and make a positive impact on their lives. The position is in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional development in the Behavioral Healthcare field, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and directly impacting the treatment plans of youth while teaching them essential life skills.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience OR Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required.
- Two years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
Nice To Haves
- Degrees in the subject area of psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
- MAP Certified (for bonus compensation).
