As a Program Director, you will provide overall leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality services. In this role, you will oversee services across an outpatient clinic and 1–2 local ABA centers, creating opportunities to build strong relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families you serve.
Requirements
- Active clinical license required (e.g., MHT, LPC, LMFT, OT, SLP, PT, BCBA, or related discipline)
- Master’s degree required for most clinical disciplines (or as required by licensure)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in human services, behavioral health, or pediatric settings
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (1–3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and quality care delivery
- Experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based care environments is highly valued
- Passion for mentoring, developing teams, and driving positive client outcomes
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Meets all state-specific licensure and credentialing requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direction, leadership, and supervision to staff to ensure effective daily operations and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment and service plans
- Lead licensing reviews, develop corrective action plans, and ensure consistent follow-through
- Maintain program licensure and readiness at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, case managers, and community partners
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and interdisciplinary teams regarding progress, concerns, and outcomes
- Ensure proper oversight of program operations, including health, safety, and financial accountability for individuals served
