About The Position

Plans, develops, promotes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program. Supervises and trains intake staff, assigns caseloads to subordinate employees, and manages and monitors an assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program. Develops program plan/goals and evaluates program participant's progress by conducting routine meetings with participant and/or staff. Serves as an advocate for program participants to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Four to five years of experience working in the counseling field
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
