Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services.
Up to 40% of travel may be required between locations.
Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Background checks are required.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
Execute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal-fit projects.
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs.
Collaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations.
Work with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC’s value proposition.
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Networking through events, conferences, and trade shows.
