About The Position

The Program Director leads the day-to-day operations of Uta Halee Academy, a female-specific residential program in Omaha, Nebraska, serving young women. The role oversees budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training, providing strong administrative oversight to support the site's success. The position helps create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least a bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services.
• Have four years of experience in residential facility management.
• Have three years of experience working with at-risk youth ages 13–18.
• Complete a drug screen and TB test.

Nice To Haves

• A master's degree.
• Supervisory experience managing multiple departments and staff within a medium-sized company.
