Program Director
About The Position
The Little Gym is seeking a Program Director to teach amazing classes based on their proven curriculum and teaching method. The role involves providing outstanding customer service and membership experience, overseeing the full breadth of offered programs to ensure high standards are met, and managing the training and evaluation of team members. The Little Gym is a global leader in children's enrichment and physical development, with over 300 locations worldwide, dedicated to helping children develop new skills and confidence through gymnastics-based programs in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
- Ability to be a goofball and give high 5s
- Passion for helping others be their best
- Ability to connect well with children and their parents
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a good mood
- Ability to have fun while also being able to focus and do work

- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
- Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
