About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Program Director at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida. Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program. A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan. Requirements

Possess a BA/BS in related field.
Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
Possess a Driver’s License.
DJJ Residential Experience Required

Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations.
Oversees site budgets and expenses.
Provides management and oversees Human Resources Department.
Establishes, manages and promotes positive relationships within the program.
Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.
