About The Position

The Program Director, Workplace Advisory is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and reporting on the program of projects assigned to team members. All projects must be delivered within scope, schedule, and budget, adhering to BGIS and client procedural boundaries. This role oversees Occupancy Planning projects, the implementation of Workplace Technologies (including reservation tools, BI insights, sensor programs), and other Workplace Solutions related projects. The Program Director is also accountable for the direct supervision of all assigned project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, deliver, and report on assigned projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee Occupancy Planning projects.
  • Manage the implementation of Workplace Technologies (reservation tools, BI insights, sensor programs).
  • Supervise and mentor project team members.
  • Recruit talent for the team.
  • Manage performance, recommend compensation adjustments, and utilize team skills for professional development.
  • Manage Workplace Solutions-related projects from conception to completion, including drawing & occupancy projects, Serraview, Reservation Systems, and Sensor Programs.
  • Leverage Change Management methodology for project success.
  • Execute feasibility analysis and program development.
  • Manage projects and programs in accordance with legal requirements and BGIS processes (scope, schedule, financial, reporting, document, communications, risk, environmental, procurement & contracting, commissioning, close out, and moves management).
  • Ensure project delivery teams meet fee, cost, and service-level goals.
  • Communicate effectively with account team members, clients, contractors, and industry bodies.
  • Develop business cases for projects in collaboration with the client and Senior Director of Workplace Advisory.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for additional BGIS services.
  • Identify best-in-class processes, governance, communication, and risk management in project delivery.
  • Provide insights for innovation in client and project delivery solutions.
  • Identify operational and cost efficiencies for clients and BGIS.
  • Share learnings and best practices.
  • Provide program execution reporting for BGIS and client needs.
  • Analyze resourcing, project status, financial status, and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of assigned programs of projects.
  • Ensure proper assignment and resourcing of program elements.
  • Track and manage program progress to meet client timelines and team needs.
  • Ensure timely project and administrative reporting and systems input.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of annual capital plans, including milestone schedules and decision-making for implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $110,770 - 138,463 per annum.
