About The Position
The Program Director/Program Manager role requires extensive leadership skills, including working across multiple executives, managing 8 workstreams, and extensive interaction with business stakeholders. The program spans over 300 stakeholders, with 150 on the tech side and 150 on the business side. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management, organizational leadership, the software development lifecycle, and human resource management.
Requirements

- 15+ years of project delivery experience
- Independently motivated
- Able to distill complex topics into actionable tasks
- Able to create clarity amidst ambiguity
