About The Position

CHD is seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to serve as Program Director for our In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-quality, community-based behavioral health services that help children, adolescents, and families thrive. As Program Director, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight for CBHI outreach services, leading a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will play a key role in program development, staff mentorship, quality improvement, and community partnerships while ensuring exceptional outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Requirements

Master's degree in behavioral health or related clinical field.
Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of community-based behavioral health services.
Experience developing teams, managing operations, and fostering positive organizational culture.
Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and CHD's mission.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring services.
Recruit, develop, supervise, and mentor clinical staff.
Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
Partner with referral sources, payors, schools, providers, and community stakeholders.
Oversee program operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
Support innovative service delivery approaches that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
Serve as an advocate for children, families, and behavioral health services within the community.
