The Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSBL) at National Louis University (NLU) is seeking a Program Director for its M.S. in Human Resources Management and Development, M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the corresponding dual degree. This is a 12-month open rank administrative Professional Practice faculty position (non-tenured). The role requires a candidate with business experience, faculty experience, and a strong understanding of critical thinking and problem-solving in complex environments. The successful candidate will ensure the curriculum is problem-based and experiential, focusing on real-world issues for working professionals. Responsibilities include program administration, teaching graduate courses in multiple modalities, staffing, curriculum development, assessment, and student support. The M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development is SHRM aligned and primarily delivered online, with a blended modality option. The M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, launched in 2017, is fully online and aligned with SIOP principles. The Program Director will join an engaged team within the GSBL, contributing to NLU's strategic plan focused on innovation, access, excellence, and equity.
