The Program Director E7 for DWD's Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship leads registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship expansion across Central Indiana, combining direct employer and regional partner engagement with primary ownership of the statewide Apprenticeship Indiana Institute (Aii) training curriculum. Core duties include developing and delivering Aii curricula (PRAP, Mentoring, Fundamentals) and LMS modules, facilitating training events and workshops, providing technical assistance to RAP sponsors and intermediaries, supporting Regional Partner Capacity Building Grant activities, connecting manufacturers to Group Sponsor and MEP HUB opportunities, and managing OWBLA's SharePoint knowledge resources and public-facing apprenticeship content. The role also serves as a subject-matter expert liaising with DOE, CHE, school counselor associations, and fellow regional directors on statewide curriculum alignment and program evaluation.
