About The Position

Vetcor is seeking a Veterinary Regional Manager to support its network of veterinary hospitals across Southern California and San Diego. This role involves building strong hospital partnerships, fostering engaged teams, and advancing veterinary care in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and compassionate leader responsible for supporting approximately up to twenty practices, primarily clustered in the Greater Los Angeles and San Diego region. As a Regional Manager, you will partner with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations and support both short- and long-term goals. The role requires dedication to animal health, client service, and team success.

Requirements

Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
Passionate about supporting Vetcor’s mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
