About The Position

PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Program Data Support team as the Program Data Coordinator. The Program Data Coordinator works in conjunction with the Data Manager and program leadership to support the data needs of the Coordinated Entry System (CES). The Program Data Coordinator aggregates and tracks program performance in collaboration with other team members and PATH’s Quality Assurance Department and works with the Data Manager to assist with contract compliance, records management, and program invoicing.

  • One (1) year of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.
  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test
  • Have reliable transportation
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
  • The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
