THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and curious Summer Intern to support our Analytics and Program Management team. This role is ideal for a student interested in data analytics, AI tools, dashboard development, and how analytics products are managed and delivered within an organization. The intern will gain hands-on experience working on real business initiatives, supporting dashboard development, learning emerging AI capabilities, and contributing to analytics product operations. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Assist with dashboard development and enhancements to support business teams Help analyze data to answer key business questions and present findings Support the launch and adoption of new AI-powered analytics tools Participate in analytics product and program management activities Help document processes, best practices, and governance standards Provide light administrative support for analytics platforms (as needed) Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements WHAT YOU WILL LEARN How analytics products are managed and delivered at scale Best practices in dashboard design and data storytelling Exposure to AI-driven analytics capabilities and implementation Governance, data management, and platform administration fundamentals Real-world stakeholder communication and project coordination skills WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Strong interest in data visualization and analytics Familiarity with Excel and/or SQL preferred Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Curiosity about AI tools and emerging analytics technologies Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders Interested in program management and product operations EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve. Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong interest in data visualization and analytics
Familiarity with Excel and/or SQL preferred
Curiosity about AI tools and emerging analytics technologies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
