About The Position

MISSION:
Ensure aftermarket customer programs at the Brockville, Ontario Motor Coils Manufacturing facility are executed smoothly by coordinating schedules, documentation, and cross-functional communication so that locomotive motor, stator, and armature repairs and builds are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Requirements

• Program Coordination: Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Customer Communication: Professional, clear, and responsive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Manufacturing Workflow Knowledge: Understanding of repair/manufacturing processes, scheduling constraints, and material flow.
• Computer Agility & Data Accuracy: Quickly learns new systems and tools; enters and maintains data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent downstream operational or billing errors.
• Risk Identification & Escalation: Ability to anticipate delays, scope changes, and material shortages and escalate early.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identifies inefficiencies and supports process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve ≥ 95% on-time delivery for all coordinated aftermarket programs by maintaining accurate schedules and proactively escalating risks.
• Maintain ≥ 99% order entry accuracy (including change orders and RMAs) to prevent production or invoicing delays.
• Provide same-business-day responses to customer inquiries and program status requests to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Ensure 100% of programs have complete and audit-ready documentation (trackers, change logs, customer requirements, quality records).
• Identify and implement at least 3 workflow improvements annually that reduce turnaround time, errors, or communication gaps.
