UVa Housing & Residence Life (HRL) is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) for a student facing role within Residence Life. The Program Coordinator will review all resident staff training programs and the Resident Advisor selections process to ensure both legal compliance and compliance with university mission. The Program Coordinator will lead, guide, and coach the Vice Chairs for Training and Selections who in turn plan all resident staff training programs and the RA selections process. The PC position is directly supervised by an Assistant Dean. With close to three million square feet of residential building space, Housing & Residence Life strives to create robust and vibrant residential communities. Residential environments comprise a diverse range of architectural styles, including traditional residence halls, suite-style accommodations, and apartment complexes.
