Program Coordinator
About The Position
The Program Coordinator serves as a primary contact and resource for victims seeking services and acts as a liaison between the Justice Center and community service providers. This joint opportunity between Pathways Inc. and the Justice Center of the Southern Tier is located in Montour Falls, New York. Working with the Schuyler County Victim Services Coordinator and District Attorney’s office, the Program Coordinator is responsible for office operations, helping crime victims identify immediate needs, and making referrals to other providers. In conjunction with the Clinical Therapist, the coordinator provides logistical support and follow-up as victims manage their service needs and plans. The position also establishes and maintains relationships with community resources to help connect victims with outside services as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma and three years of experience in office management or administration.
- Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
Nice To Haves
- An associate’s degree in a related field is desired.
- Experience working in a community resource or social service setting is desired.
