Children’s Aid’s Pregnancy Prevention Project supports young people in reaching their full potential by providing holistic, evidence-based sexuality education, access to reproductive health services, and opportunities for peer leadership. The program focuses on equipping youth with the knowledge and skills to make informed, healthy decisions, build meaningful goals for the future, and strengthen communication through supportive youth-adult partnerships. In collaboration with schools, families, and community partners, the program works to expand access to resources and foster environments that promote positive youth development. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives. This includes coordinating and supporting health educators, facilitating workshops and individual sessions, and contributing to the development of peer education and youth leadership components. The coordinator also partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to connect youth to essential services, support community engagement efforts, and ensure effective program delivery across assigned sites.
