Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator to work in our Provider Operations department. In this role, the successful candidate will support local operations leaders by acting as a subject matter expert regarding the onboarding and offboarding processes for providers at NM. They will serve as an educator and internal consultant to operations leaders, communicating effectively via email, Teams meetings, and in person. The role involves maintaining resources and websites, utilizing Excel to maintain a provider onboarding dashboard, and assisting the manager with monthly New Provider Orientation, including facilitating sessions. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with system function teams for a smooth onboarding or offboarding process and seek out innovative ideas and best practices in provider onboarding. The Program Coordinator Provider Operations reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Coordinator will support process improvement and project management efforts related to the NMG and RMG employed and contracted physician, advanced practice provider (APP), and allied health provider (AHP) onboarding and provider lifecycles. The Program Coordinator will use meeting facilitation, data analysis, change management, project planning, and other skills in advancing these efforts. Other responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Provider Operations Director and Managers.
