The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of designated academic and student programs, including the Accelerated iBMS (AMP), Clinical Laboratory Sciences (CLS), and Dental Linker (DLP) programs. The position serves as a primary program resource for students, faculty, program leadership, academic administrators, and external academic and clinical partners. The Program Coordinator independently coordinates program processes, student progression activities, admissions-related activities, clinical and laboratory experiences, accreditation documentation, program communications, and program-specific reporting. The position ensures that established academic, clinical, regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements are implemented consistently across assigned programs. The position requires the ability to interpret program requirements, coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders, monitor completion of academic and program milestones, identify operational issues, and recommend solutions to support program effectiveness and student success. The Program Coordinator is responsible for program-specific coordination and implementation and does not serve as general clerical or secretarial support for faculty, academic chairs, or administrative offices.
