The Program Coordinator role is a key support position responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to established guidelines. This role involves data management, metrics, and reporting. The successful candidate will be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and team-oriented, providing exceptional customer support and participating in community events to promote organizational programs and services.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience

  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
  • Support daily service operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Commit to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide in-person outreach at community events.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.
  • Manage data, metrics, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience (both in person and on the phone).
  • Participate in community events and meetings to engage the public and increase awareness of organizational programs and services.
