About The Position

CTC-RI is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support implementation of Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program. This position provides project coordination, stakeholder communications, meeting management, reporting support, and operational assistance for a statewide initiative focused on healthcare transformation and improved access to care.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Three years of project coordination, healthcare administration, nonprofit administration, or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting healthcare or public health initiatives
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or stakeholder engagement activities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project activities
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Support stakeholder communications and engagement
• Assist with reporting and documentation activities
• Support trainings, learning collaboratives, webinars, and events
• Maintain project records and tracking systems
