Program Coordinator
About The Position
The Program Coordinator designs, implements, and coordinates activities and programs within assigned affordable housing complexes under the direction of the Regional Director of Social Services. The position works closely with the Director of Social Services to provide high-quality services to residents served by LifeSTEPS. The role focuses on helping children from low-income and underserved families flourish by providing after-school education and resources. The Program Coordinator ensures children have a caring, safe place after school where they can receive homework assistance and academic enrichment, supporting their development into resilient, empowered adults.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a similar environment providing services.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Reliable, insured transportation.
