About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of a program. If you have a passion for making a positive impact in the community. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in caregiving.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports.
  • Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively.
  • Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
