About The Position

Key Rehab is looking for a Full time Program Coordinator -OT or PT- to join our team in providing excellent care in the Sioux City area in a Home Health and private practice capacity. In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OT, PT, or SLP), the Rehab Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians’ to deliver therapy services. This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor. Requirements

Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program
Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
CPR, as required by community
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards
