About The Position

Key Rehab is looking for a Full time Program Coordinator -OT/PT/SLP to join our team in providing excellent care in the Mt. Pleasant, IA area in a SNF and Assisted Living Facility setting. Rates for this role are up to 48+ hourly. Apply today to qualify for a $5,000.00 bonus.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program
  • Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • CPR, as required by community
  • Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
  • Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

  • Prior experience in long term care setting and service coordination

  • Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OT, PT, or SLP), the Rehab Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff.
  • This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians’ to deliver therapy services.
  • This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
