About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator-OT/PT/SLP to join their team in the Mt. Pleasant, IA area, serving in both Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living Facility settings. This role offers competitive hourly rates of up to $48+ and a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus. The Program Coordinator acts as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, aiming to reduce administrative burdens and support clinicians in delivering therapy services. The position also involves coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet performance targets, under the guidance of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) (if applicable).
CPR, as required by community.
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.
