DOROT is seeking a Program Coordinator for its University Without Walls (UWW) program, a teleconference program designed for older adults. This role involves developing engaging program content, building community relationships, and communicating directly with older adults. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating programs accessible via telephone to combat social isolation and foster connection. The Program Coordinator will be a key member of the Onsite & Special Programs team, responsible for planning and implementing over 150 teleconference programs annually on various subjects, assessing participant needs, and cultivating relationships with facilitators and organizations to expand program offerings. This role also includes overseeing the program catalog's creation and distribution, developing outreach strategies, training facilitators and volunteers, collaborating with other DOROT departments, and managing program data in Salesforce. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Office 365 and Zoom. Occasional evening and Sunday work is expected.
