Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the SUN Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: safety of students, schedule/school building logistics, and the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of program staff and collaboration with Partners. The SUN Site Manager builds and maintains relationships by clearly communicating, achieving set goals, and collaborating with the students/families, school day staff, and community partners. The SUN Site Manager creates and maintains a long-term vision for the program in collaboration with the program advisory and family engagement team. The SUN Site Manager oversees program quality, maintains and tracks grant compliance, and is responsible for the data entry of both SUN and 21st CCLC offerings at Meadows Elementary School. The position requires a high level of understanding and ability to operate Google Workspace, Excel, MFS Database systems, and school district database systems. The SUN Site Manager is also working to build a food for program for families that includes food deliveries, weekend food bag. This function is a collaboration effort that includes volunteers and school day staff.
