The Program Coordinator, Leadership Programs is a critical contributor to delivering a world-class leadership development experience for MBA students at Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. In this highly visible, student-facing role, you will coordinate the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of leadership programs—ensuring exceptional quality, seamless operations, and meaningful participant experiences. You will serve as a key connector across students, faculty, donors, and campus partners while managing complex logistics, program operations, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven academic environment and enjoys balancing operations, stakeholder engagement, and student support. The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell delivers educational programming across six different MBA programs with the intent of developing highly successful and ethical business leaders of the future.
