About The Position

The Program Coordinator for Clinical Programs is a key member of Georgetown Law's nationally recognized experiential education program. Under the direction of the Director, this position assists in the administration of clinical programs and budgets at the Law Center, supporting 19 clinics, 23 professors, 34 fellows, and 9 office managers. The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting all of the Program's initiatives, including student recruitment and clinic registration, the onboarding of clinical teaching fellows, maintaining the website and developing written materials for internal and external audiences, supporting the Elements of Clinic Pedagogy seminar meetings for new fellows and faculty, processing payments and transactions related to the program, and assisting clinical leadership in monitoring the clinical budget. Additionally, this position works to keep all of these offerings running in a smooth, professional, and timely manner. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who may be interested in pursuing a career in public interest. The program coordinator will be encouraged to identify opportunities for professional development and/or leadership within the University community. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and confidently identify and manage priorities
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a diplomatic and discreet manner while working in a high-profile environment
