This job description is based on the Program Coordinator Series. The Program Coordinator II will perform duties in addition to those of Program Coordinator I. The role involves helping the organization advance as an antiracist entity by meeting or exceeding the standards set by the BPHC Anti-Racism Policy. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing projects related to post-overdose outreach, education, and linkage to care. The position also focuses on ensuring effective operations and compliance with contracted goals, serving as a Team Leader for training and orientation of new staff in post-overdose initiatives, and coordinating activities such as fiscal monitoring, grant writing, and report preparation. The role requires delivering services according to established protocols, overseeing activities within post-overdose initiatives, providing case management, collaborating with management on program requirements, and evaluating projects for effectiveness. Additionally, the position may involve supervising employees, training and evaluating staff, and assisting in specialized research and evaluation projects.
