About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) Temporary Solutions, classified as a Program Coordinator I (S). The hourly rate of pay is $20.00, based on education and/or years of relevant work experience. Temporary employees are limited to one NC State Government temporary assignment at a time and must be fully qualified for the job. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process fee inquiries and payments.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle email correspondences generated by internal and external systems.
  • Provide licensure guidance to educators and other shareholders, forwarding complex issues to an Education Specialist.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
