About The Position

At Dungarvin, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with diverse abilities. We provide essential support to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions - empowering them to thrive in their communities. Where barriers exist, we create pathways for inclusion and independence. We are looking for an organized and hands-on Program Coordinator (Lead DSP) for our Adult Day Program in Fairfield, CA. This role is a working leadership position that combines program coordination with direct support. You will be actively engaged on the floor, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, while also assisting with scheduling, documentation, staff coaching, and daily program operations. This is not a purely administrative role. The Program Coordinator plays a key part in ensuring high-quality care, modeling best practices, and stepping in to provide direct support. If you have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead by example, we want to hear from you. The Program Coordinator (PC) is the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Adult Day Program. This is a hands-on, working leadership role. As a PC, you will be actively supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) on the floor each day, while also helping guide staff and support overall program operations. You will be responsible for providing direct care, hands-on instruction, and positive behavioral support to ensure the health, safety, and success of the individuals we serve. In addition to direct support, you will assist with documentation, coordination of daily programming, and maintaining compliance standards.
