This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business. The Program Coordinator is responsible for performing general administrative tasks, maintaining patient records in the CRM, executing administrative tasks critical to patient progression, liaising with team members, handling faxes, labeling and attaching documents, reviewing and analyzing documents for Adverse Events, reporting Adverse Events, processing copayment requests, auditing and maintaining reports, assisting with projects, participating in training sessions, liaising with HCPs for prescription renewals, managing inbound and outbound calls, and complying with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations. The role also involves welcoming patients, assisting them with the iMD education program, responding to phone and fax communications, confirming appointments, ordering office supplies and equipment, collaborating with the senior coordinator and management team for equipment ordering and installation, following up on missing medications or documents, sending forms and reports, resolving IT issues, preparing for appointments, transporting medications and supplies, maintaining the discontinued medication log, participating in monthly inventory, assisting with audits, responding to courier requests, managing the return of goods procedure, participating in temperature variation reports, contributing to health and safety reporting, archiving patient reports, supporting business sector managers with quality assurance for ISO certification, and performing other assigned duties. This is an 18-month contract position.
