This role provides consultation, supervision, and training to staff at a Residential Treatment Center (RTC). The Program Consultant will conduct in-home visits for observation and training, assist youth home staff with various tasks including intake and treatment plans, and serve as a liaison between the youth homes and the central administrative office. The position also involves assisting with staff evaluations, recruitment, and the development of training materials. Additionally, the consultant will participate in the admissions committee, make presentations on agency programs, develop service delivery plans, and provide 24-hour emergency consultation. The role also includes membership in relevant professional organizations and participation in the Quality Improvement committee, adhering to joint commission standards.
