Program Associate / Children's Transitional Program 2nd shift
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a full-time, in-person Program Associate for its Children's Residential department in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The role supports children and adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or individuals in need of neurological rehabilitation. The position calls for a compassionate team member with a strong desire to provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. The scheduled hours are Tuesday 12 p.m.–10 p.m., Thursday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., Friday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m.–9 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.19–$19.58, plus an additional incentive. The work can be varied and may be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging; weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends.
- Current driver's license in good standing.
- Strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
