About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a full-time, in-person Program Associate for its Children's Residential department in Mt Laurel, New Jersey. The role supports children and adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. Program Associates provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner and help the people served build daily living skills and independence through personalized plans of care. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly rate is $19.19–$19.58, plus an additional incentive.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Be able and willing to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
